Lairs for Sale

Lairs for sale – for villains and superheroes.  Whether you're channeling good or evil, we scour the globe to find the best villain's lairs and superhero hideouts currently for sale.  

Influenced by the many wonderful lairs in Bond films we also draw inspiration from other films, comics and TV shows to find the best properties for sale which are worthy of a villain or superhero.  Some of the homes have actually been used in these films and shows but the majority of them are simply amazing, crazy or impressive.  The type of thing that Scaramanga or the Joker might look for if they found themselves needing a new home.

There's no scientific formula to finding a lair for sale, we search for properties with some or all of the following: 

a cave or subterranean element, a mountaintop (or even a volcano) setting, a direct waterfront setting, exceptional architecture – e.g. modernist or gothic, use of industrial materials – concrete/steel/stone, helipads, yacht/submarine access, secret tunnels and rooms. 

Oh and an aquarium large enough for sharks.  If a property can tick at least a few of those boxes, it might just appear on the hallowed pages of Lairium.
